• Link to or reference any other website that breaches the Conditions of Use as stated by Suzuya.

3. Transactions

When completing a transaction with Suzuya you agree to the listed price, shipping and handling cost.

4. Liability

Suzuya shall not be held liable for lost profits or damages of any kind that result from the use of our services including negligence. You agree that Suzuya is not responsible for the lawful actions of yourself and other Users.

5. Breach of Conditions of Use

Suzuya reserves the right at its own discretion to implement warning, suspension and termination of your account if you are in breach of these Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy or any applicable laws and regulations.
