Java Japanese Curry Base (House) 1kg

Java teste Japanese curry sauce mix blocks, for 40 servings.

Directions ( for about 40 servings): 1 box of this "JAVA Curry", 3 - 4 lbs meat (beef, pork or chicken), 8 medium onions, 8 medium potatoes, 4 carrots, 5 to 6 oz. butter or vegetable oil, 1.3 gal (5litre) water.
1. Cut meat, carrots, onions, and potatoes into bite size. Saute with butter (or vegetable oil) until lightly brown.
2. Add water and bring to full boil.
3. Cook until mixture is tendered.
4. Turn off heat, break curry sauce mix into pieces, add into mixture.
5. Cook over low heat about 30minutes.
6. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
This directions for using full box. You can arrange for small amount servings. (After open box, it have to be kept in refrigerator.)
